Shipping:

We ship within the United States using USPS or UPS, with a flat shipping fee of $9.95. Orders over $125 ship free. Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

If you need to ship internationally, contact us on hello@thestilllife.co and we’ll work something out together.

Returns:

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, contact us at hello@thestilllife.co within 14 days of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement or refund. Used candles and opened diffusers cannot be returned.
